We wanted to be near Amtrak so we could easily visit sons in New York City. Also, it was the most affordable due to the more rural setting of all the places we visited. It also has good outside maintenance, an attractive clubhouse facility, and solidly built all new construction. We enjoy the four seasons here plus the Chesapeake Bay. We ruled out the CCRC (continuing life care places) because we already have long-term care insurance.

We are fortunate to live in a friendly community folks here look out for each other. There are as many community activities as we could want to choose from. The Middletown, DE address is a great starting point to head from in any direction on a journey.

Residents have the freedom to participate as much or as little as we wish. The 55+ community is offered discounts in the business community.
