As we approached retirement, we began looking at ways to cut our expenses, so we decided to look into moving to the state of Delaware. Champions' Club provided us with everything that we wanted. We chose the Charleston model of the Americana Series. Best of all, we signed up for the Smart Buyer’s Program. Barbara Sperry helped us select an experienced realtor and guided us through the sale of our condominium in only 4 weeks.

We are very happy with the layout of our home as well as being very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship in constructing our home, but more importantly we value the customer care provided by the McKee staff. Needless to say it was very hard to leave our good neighbors in Foxfield, but we are enjoying meeting our new neighbors and participating in all of the activities provided here in Champions' Club.
