“After seeing the model homes and talking to the very helpful sales representative, Roseanne, we took the plunge and purchased a home at The Courtyards at Brandywine. The designer (Dianne) was extremely helpful in coordinating everything needed inside the studs, such as electrical, plumbing, colors, fixtures, flooring and appliances. Once construction began I followed it carefully and anything that needed to be addressed during this phase was done so by the project manager, Mike, who is a key person in the overall process. Prior to and after settlement, the McKee organization was prompt, courteous and has addressed all follow-up issues in a timely fashion. Roseanne, Dianne, Mike and all the others at McKee have made this a very pleasant experience.

We have now been in the development for 4 months and are enjoying living in a new home. The hardwood floors, granite countertops, 9-foot ceilings, large basement (for my shop), and being able to walk to the Brandywine Center are just a few of the things we love about living in the Village of Brandywine. I particularly enjoy my walks to Lowes with our poodle for hardware and other necessary items. Marg enjoys shopping in the many stores on Route 202 and the close proximity of the grocery stores. Folks in the community have been very friendly and we look forward to meeting many new families as the development grows.”
